What happens when the balance reaches zero?
You can return to properties already revealed and continue working with your existing routes. Live searches and new property reveals require credits, so the workspace owner needs to top up first.
Are searches unlimited?
There is no per-search credit charge. Search is included while your active workspace has a positive credit balance. Results depend on coverage and your filters, and search and result limits help keep the service available for everyone. Credits pay for new address reveals; seats and storage follow your plan.
Can I add or replace Team members?
Owners can purchase additional seats in Billing and invite members from the Team page. Deactivate a departing worker to free their seat while keeping their saved work. Pending invitations reserve a seat until accepted, cancelled or expired.
Can every Team member search?
Yes. Members search from their own login using the Team balance. A property already paid for by the workspace does not cost another reveal credit. Workers see their own saved properties and assigned work; the owner has the company view and billing controls.
What happens after I request access?
Your enquiry tells us which plan you are interested in. We reply to discuss the workspace and next steps. Sending this form does not create an account or take a payment.
Which areas are covered?
Property search covers England and Wales where records are available. Planning records cover selected areas in England; coverage varies by council.
